JASON and Immersion invite you to join Carbonrally—an online community that helps kids make a difference in a fun, competitive way. In order to join the JASON/Immersion Carbonrally League and compete for prizes, you must first follow the steps below to register as an individual Rallyer and create or join a Carbonrally team:

1. Visit Carbonrally's School Teams -- Guide to Getting Started page and follow Step 1 to register as an individual Rallyer.
   
   Please note that Carbonrally account holders must be at least 13 years of age. If you are younger than 13, you must work in a buddy system with an adult (for example a parent, teacher, or after-school leader) to register for and use Carbonrally. You will be the one who accepts and completes challenges, but your adult buddy must be the one to register for Carbonrally using his or her e-mail address.
   
   
2. Once you are signed up as a Rallyer, follow Step 2 to create or join a Carbonrally team. A Carbonrally team can be a class of students, an after-school science club, or any other group of kids who want to make a difference. Before creating a new team, read all of the directions in Step 2 to make sure your group has not already created a team.
   
   
3. Step 3 explains how to start taking Carbonrally challenges.

After you have completed the three steps described above, your group's team can join the JASON/Immersion Carbonrally League and compete against other JASON and Immersion teams across the world! It's easy to join our league. Just have your Carbonrally team leader (the person who created your team) use this form to send your team's information to JASON. The JASON/Immersion Carbonrally contest starts now and runs through May 1, 2012. The three teams in the league that reduce their carbon footprint by the greatest amount will win the following prizes:

First Prize: All team members will receive a reusable JASON/Immersion water bottle. The team leader will receive a 50 Ways to Save the Ocean book.

Second Prize: All team members will receive a reusable tote bag. The team leader will receive a 50 Ways to Save the Ocean book.

Third Prize: All team members will receive a reusable tote bag.

Please note that to be eligible for prizes, teams can have a maximum of 35 members. If your group has more than 35 participants, feel free to create more than one team.
