Login and Registration Help
If you have forgotten your JASON Mission Center password, you can reset it yourself using the forgot password tool.

If you have forgotten your username, please use our username retrieval tool to have it sent to your registered e-mail address.

Common Technical Questions

How do I get to the JASON Mission Center (JMC)?

You can access the JASON Mission Center by logging in via the log in area in the upper-right of this page. If you don't have an account, you can register for free.

I've forgotten my JMC username or password!
You can easily reset your password by visiting our forgot password tool or the forgot username tool. If you continue to have difficulty please use the support request form below.

I cannot log into the JASON Mission Center.

If you cannot log into the JASON Mission Center, please make sure you are using the correct user name and password. You will see an "Invalid Username" or "Invalid Password" message in the upper-right hand corner next to the log in button, if you have entered either of these incorrectly.

If you are entering the correct username and password, and you still cannot log in, please make sure that your browser is set to accept cookies. You can find instructions on how to do this in our Technical Checklist or in your browser's Help.

If you still cannot log into the site, please e-mail help@jason.org and we will troubleshoot further for you.

What tech specs and plug-ins does the JASON Mission Center require?
The minimum system requirements are a PC running Windows 2000 or higher or a Macintosh running Mac OS X 10.2 or higher. The computer must have at least 256 MB of RAM and 15 MB free hard-drive space; a connection to the Internet; and either Internet Explorer 6 or higher (IE 7 or higher for best experience), Firefox 1.5 or higher, or Safari 2 or higher. Cookies and JavaScript must both be enabled in your browser. Screen resolution should be set to 1024 x 768 or better. Adobe Flash 9, Apple Quicktime 7, and Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-ins are recommended for the best experience.
