The Argonauts learn the challenges of extracting oil and gas within Flower Garden Banks National Marine Sanctuary at Gas Platform HIA389A. Environmental stewardship, geology, and technological limitations make extracting natural gas difficult. Later that day, the Argonauts used a Texas A&M ROV to examine the platform and the sea life that concentrates on the artificial reef. On the next day, Bob and the Argos snorkeled on the coral reef at the West Bank of the Flower Garden Banks National Marine Sanctuary.
