Cathy is a freshman at Wooster High School in Ohio. She is captivated by all areas of science, but particularly enjoys biology and learning about different ecosystems. Since a young age, Cathy has fantasized about pursuing a career in the science field when she grows up.

 

Enthusiastic about participating in the JASON Expedition, Cathy looks forward to working with professional scientists and the opportunity to utilize her education in a hands-on environment. Voted captain of her local soccer team, Cathy has developed strong leadership skills. She is also active in band and her church's youth group.
