A ninth-grader from Wooster High School in Ohio, Andrew Young enjoys learning about Astronomy. By gathering information from books, watching videos and surfing the Internet, Andrew increases his own understanding of his favorite subjects. He is a hard worker who is always respectful of his peers.
The extra effort Andrew displays in the classroom is also evident in his involvement in extra-curricular activities -- both academic and musical. Andrew is on the Academic Challenge Team and the Math Counts Team, and he plays the piano and participates in Stage Band, a jazz group.
